Oliver Grant
Realtor
Oliver Grant is excited to join Royal LePage Team Realty, and specifically to be a member of The Grant Team, alongside his brother Leo Grant. Oliver has observed for many years how Leo’s team focused on getting great outcomes for their clients. While a newly licenced Salesperson, Oliver spent the past 20 years as a management consultant assisting multiple levels of government with highly complex procurements. Those acquired skills are highly transferable to Real Estate as the art of the deal includes listening to clients to understand their expected outcomes, undertaking extensive research, and understanding all sides in negotiations. Oliver’s focus with his past clients will be the same as his new clients going forward, to assist them to get the right outcome, at the right price.
Oliver is also very active in the Kanata Hockey community with three kids in competitive hockey. Oliver has worn many hats on multiple teams in the past 8 years including being an assistant coach, a goalie coach, a team manager, and a team treasurer. When Oliver is not out with clients you might find him at the rink LiveStreaming his kids' games for family and friends to enjoy from across Canada.
